李天鹏,天津大学新媒体与传播学院助理教授,博士毕业于天津大学智能与计算学部,师从王文俊教授。长期从事动态高阶网络表示学习、大模型预训练等方面的研究,具体涵盖:连续时间动态图上的高阶模式统计建模与高效发现、面向社区演化的动态网络嵌入与图神经网络方法设计、以及动态图表示的可解释多任务泛化等,研究成果在社交网络传播分析、动态社区检测与时序链路预测等应用场景中得到系统验证。近五年在IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering、IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems、IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、FGCS、ICDM、DASFAA、Neural Networks等期刊或会议发表多篇高水平学术论文,并申请了多项国家发明专利。在科研项目方面,主持国家2030重大科技专项子课题1项(网络分析方向),负责全面研究设计与技术攻关;参与国家重点研发计划项目课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目等多项国家级和省部级项目。参与研发了基于大数据分析的风险监测与预警分析系统,国际传播测评系统等多套实战应用系统并业务化运行,定期向有关部门提供周报和专报。在学术服务方面,担任IJCAI、IEEE TNNLS、IEEE TCYB、IEEE TKDE等顶级期刊或会议审稿人。

Li Tianpeng is an Assistant Professor at the College of New Media and Communication, Tianjin University. He received his Ph.D. from the College of Intelligence and Computing at Tianjin University, under the supervision of Professor Wang Wenjun. His long-term research interests focus on dynamic higher-order network representation learning and large model pre-training, encompassing: statistical modeling and efficient discovery of higher-order patterns on continuous-time dynamic graphs; dynamic network embedding and graph neural network methods for community evolution; and interpretable multi-task generalization of dynamic graph representations. His research findings have been systematically validated in application scenarios including social network diffusion analysis, dynamic community detection, and temporal link prediction. Over the past five years, he has published multiple high-level academic papers in venues such as IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, Future Generation Computer Systems, ICDM, DASFAA, and Neural Networks, and has filed several national invention patents. In terms of research projects, he serves as the principal investigator of a sub-project under the National Key Science and Technology Program 2030 (network analysis direction), with full responsibility for research design and technical development. He has also participated in projects funded by the National Key R&D Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (General Program), and various other national- and provincial-level programs. He has participated in the development of several operationally deployed applied systems, including a risk monitoring and early-warning analysis system based on big data analytics and an international communication evaluation system, for which he regularly delivers weekly and special reports to relevant authorities. In terms of academic service, he serves as a reviewer for top-tier journals and conferences including IJCAI, IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TCYB, and IEEE TKDE.
